ITEM DESCRIPTION
Defend Putty Fast Set Vps Impression Material Base and Catalyst Kit
Contains 2 jars - 300 ml each of base & catalyst (600ml total)
Features:
Super Hydrophilic Vinyl Polysiloxane Putty Material (VPS) in fast and regular set
The excellent tear strength allows the material to maintain "impression" integrity upon removal and precise impressions no matter what technique you use.
Exceeds ISO 4380 standard which will help eliminate retakes.
“Works Better” The same benefits as our cartridge delivery VPS material in a hand mix option.
“Lasts Longer” Technique sensitive to provide the results that you depend upon.
“Costs Less” The most economical way to use VPS material.
Instructions for use:
1.) Dispense equal amounts of base and catalyst putty with the color-coded scoops provided.
2.) Incorporate the two components by hand kneading until uniform color is achieved. This should be accomplished in 45 seconds or less.
3.) Place mixed putty into the pre-selected and adhesive coated tray. Insert into position in the mouth. Poly-Ethylene spacer can be used to create space if desired. Working time is 2 minutes for regular set, 1 minute for fast set- The impression should be held passively in position until set.
4.) When set, 4 minutes regular set or 3 minutes fast set from beginning of mix time, the impression should be removed without any rocking motion. The ADA recommends that putty impressions not be used as a final impression.
5.) A space must be created for the final wash and this can be done by removing all interproximal material as well as at least 1mm of cured putty completely around all preparations and adjacent teeth. A vulcanite bur is ideal for cutting putty and creating the necessary space.
6.) The primary impression that has been relieved is now ready for the final wash that will be the final impression.

- With prior authorization, all damaged/unwanted items must be returned with all original contents and components in their original packaging.

In case of damaged parcel:
* Please be advised that it is a possibility that the carrier might damage items during shipping.
* Please do check the package properly prior to accepting the item from the carrier.
* Should you notice any damage or any other visible unusual impact to the parcel that might have damaged the item, please do not accept it.
* Should you receive a damaged parcel and wish to report it, please contact us on Ebay by sending a message.
* Upon your reporting, we shall follow up with you and open a "damage claim" with the carrier.
* Please pay attention that all shipping, packaging materials, and boxes must be saved for further investigation if needed.
* Carriers might request the damaged box with the item for inspection.
* Upon terms & conditions, failure to fulfill the above-mentioned necessary processes for us to file a damaged claim shall void your warranty.
* We cannot open a damage claim with the carrier should you accept the shipped item.
* Therefore, should the item is received and accepted by the customer and we were not contacted within the warranty period, we are no longer liable for any damage.
PAYMENT & CHECKOUT TERMS
- We accept PayPal and only ship to a confirmed address. (Credit Cards can be used through PayPal)
SHIPPING TERMS
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Items shall be shipped within 1-3 business days.
- The tracking number will be provided via Ebay as soon as items are shipped.
- Local pick up is NOT available. Please do not solicit. However, we might call the buyer for a drop off should the address is within the vicinity of our warehouse.
- International Buyers (out of the United States) are responsible for duties of their own countries' customs etc.
- We shall not be held accountable for your package should anything wrong happened with the packages outside of the United States.
- Please be sure the address you have on PayPal matches the address you want us to ship to. We only ship to the confirmed address that PayPal provides us.
- Any address change requested by the buyer must be confirmed by our customer service before transaction.
- We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service for the additional shipping fee if it is not indicated.
- Unless otherwise specified by the buyer, we may combine your order that are purchased on the same day.
- If any, shipping and return fees are not refundable.
RETURN & REFUND TERMS
- Should you, in any circumstances, come across any problem, it must be reported within seven days of receipt of the item.
- We do NOT give refund on shipping charges.
- We shall accept returns for purchases that were not listed with correct information and/or correct item shipped. However, as mentioned above, 40% restocking fee shall be charged if the return has nothing to do with a warranty issue.
- Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs with insurance.
- RMA is required for all returns; please contact our customer service with any problems.
- As mentioned above, any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
