What you get:
1 year of weekly sterilizer monitoring service, used to test your autoclave. Your order will include 52 testing envelopes each containing a biological indicator strip (BI) and a control. Simply run the strip through your autoclave and return it to the mailer. Send it back to us, and we will provide full laboratory testing.
One way we make sterilizer monitoring easy is to print your sterilizer details on every envelope.
We will contact you after your purchase is finalized to collect information about your sterilizer, or you may provide the following in the "Notes" section when you place your order:
1. Name of office or business (e.g. "AAA Dental")
2. Sterilizer nickname (something you will recognize it by, {e.g. "main office sterilizer" or "small backup")
3. Sterilizer make (e.g. Midmark)
4. Sterilizer model (e.g. M11)
5. Sterilizer serial number (usually on the back or on the inside of the door)
6. Office contact name (who we should ask for to ask questions or report issues)
7. What would you like your username to be on our site? (this is how you will log-in to see your results on our site)
8. What email address would you like your results reported to?
